Palmer Lighting has been in business for over 80 years, offering the "hardest product to market and the easiest product to sell."™ These are popular and unusual, light bulbs thats we sell to customers all over the world. Before being known as Palmer Lighting, we were widely known by our corporate name, Palmer Brothers Company.

Our Roots
We've grown from our original markets, furnishing electronic tubes to now carrying state-of-the art bulbs. Over the years, we have printed and mailed tens of millions of catalogs and bulb directories to customers and prospects. Many customers save our comprehensive directories for years, to use as a valuable resource when looking up alternate bulbs for special purposes. Please feel free to request one.

In an industry which is often confusing, Palmer Lighting is committed to providing outstanding educational tools and customer service. There are many complicated, technical product choices. More than half of the calls and emails Palmer Lighting receives are calls for help in identifying and selecting the right bulbs to use. We love helping you!

The following information is helpful in identifying a bulb:

• Manufacturer of Equipment
• Equipment Model Number
• Bulb Shape
• Bulb Size (length and diameter)
• Bulb Base
• Volts
• Watts or Amps
• Any identifying marks printed or stamped on the bulb or it's base
• Filament shape.

Refer to our visual bulb ID page, and look for a bulb that matches yours. Then, try to match the base to one of the bases in the picture. If it's not there, you can email, fax or call us with the information. We have thousands of bulbs on reference to compare with your bulb .

If all else fails, photocopy your bulb. Place your bulb on the copy glass of a photocopier, cover it with a piece of white paper, make the copy and fax it to us. We're really good at reading the shape of a bulb from copies like this.
