Managing Your Account

All users of the site are free to explore most of the site without providing any personal information to Palmer Lighting. In other areas of the site you may be asked to provide the following information:

b. If you want to open a Palmer Lighting account you will be asked to provide certain information, such as name, address, e-mail and credit reference information.

c. If you contact us via e-mail or Feedback form on our site we collect your e-mail address so that we may respond to your e-mail.

d. If you request a catalog we will add you to our mailing list for paper catalogs and other special offers.

e. If you opt-in to our e-mail newsletter list, your e-mail address will be added to our list for periodic e-mail newsletters and special offers.

As with most web sites, we monitor where users of the site travel throughout the site so that we can develop a better understanding of the areas of greatest interest.

Customers can cancel or modify unshipped orders at any time by call Customer Service at 1-800-972-5637. Once shipped, an order can not be cancelled or modified; however, if you are unsatisfied with your order you can return it within 30 days for a full refund as explained above.
